I waited until the crowds died down to check this one out and I’m so glad I did. Richley Reserve (you know, the one behind Blackbutt) is still pretty busy. So for the positives… easy access to toilets, great shade spots to sit and cute ducks to look at. But truthfully, I think the hype over this playground is a bit over the top. It looks impressive but my three year old and a friend’s two year old were over the equipment almost instantly and played with cars brought from home. It’s a nice park to visit on the odd occasion but I won’t be hurrying back too quickly. Cameron Park still gets my vote mainly because it also has the bike access for the kids.
